Does Britney Spears Have a New Boyfriend?

The couple that tans together... US Weekly is reporting that Britney Spears has been seen going to a tanning salon twice in one week with a new man, David Lucado. On Thursday, March 14, Spears and her rumored new fling went to Forever Bella tanning salon in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Dressed for the recent warm weather, Spears was seen in a green summer dress, while Lucado was wearing a short-sleeved T shirt. Both topped off their looks with aviators.

So who is David Lucado? Sources tell the mag that the Virginia native is into restoring old cars and that he's "really down-to-earth."

"He's a good boy. He's from a good family," a source told US Weekly. "David grew up on a farm. He does alright."

"She was happy and smiling and she rarely smiles, but yes, she looked happy," a witness at the salon told the mag about the star, who any record label would love to sign. "Her bodyguard was there too and walked them in, opening the door for them."

Camila Alves Opens Up About Tough Pregnancy

When visiting the ladies of "The View" on March 13, Matthew McConaughey's wife, Camila Alves discussed her tough pregnancy. The couple just had their third child, son Livingston, in December of 2012. The little arrival joins big sister Vida, 3, and brother, Levi, 4. The gorgeous model shared her struggles with this pregnancy, which she says was much harder than the other two.

"This time around it has been a really tough recovery. I had a really tough pregnancy. I had all kind of things happen. Throughout the whole pregnancy I had really strong pains and I kept telling the doctors. We kept trying to figure out what it was, what was happening. Nobody could figure out what it was. So, we ended up having to do a C-section. I told the doctor right before, 'Once I'm there, just take a look because I know something's wrong.' They ended up finding all kinds of things in there that we had to take care of," Alves shared with the ladies of "The View."

"This recovery has been extremely hard because I had a C-section and then I had all these extra procedures." The former Sheer Genius host did not elaborate on her medical diagnosis, though she did say her recovery has prevented her from exercising," she continued.

"I can't even pick up my kids, really. I really have to be careful," the fashion model also went on to say. "I've got another four weeks to go."

Kristen Bell Fundraising for Veronica Mars Movie

When Entertainment Weekly caught up with a very pregnant Kristen Bell in March, the expectant mom-to-be told the mag that there's a possibility for a Veronica Mars movie in the future. She said that the show's creator, Rob Thomas, along with the other actors, is very much into the idea. "I have never fallen so deeply in love with a character," Bell told EW. "We all became so close, and the cancellation of the show left a huge hole in my heart. I would have put on Veronica Mars: The Circus to bring it back."

In order to try to make the Veronica Mars movie happen, Bell states that they cannot get financing the traditional way. So, Bell and Thomas are trying to collect $2 million in 30 days through Kickstarter to make the movie, which is supposed to be shot this summer.

Meanwhile, Bell and her fiance, Dax Shepard, both actors, are keeping busy with planning for the new arrival. The couple recently had a baby shower, where they received lots of loot for the baby.

Meet Khloe Kardashian-Odom's New Puppy

The romance doesn't stop at the Odom household. One day Lamar Odom sends his wife, Khloe Kardashian-Odom not one, but two dozen red roses, the next day he presents her with a puppy!

In true Kardashian style, Khloe shared the photo of the dog with her fans via Twitter. "Look what Lammy got us! Our baby boxer," she wrote. She posted the photo of the small brown and white boxer. The little puppy was wearing a blue leash and enjoying a car ride.

Although the name of the new member of the Odom household hasn't been released yet, the other members of the Kardashian family are already excited! "@khloekardashian and Lamar's new baby! weeee," Kendall Jenner, Khloe's sister, a teen model, wrote on her Instagram.

Kim Kardashian also shared her excitement, tweeting: WHAT?!!!??? THEY GOT A BOXER??? AWWWW RT @KendallJenner- @khloekardashian and Lamar's new baby! ???? weeee"

The Bachelor Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici Will Have TV Wedding

Another reality wedding is in the works. On Monday, March 11, America watched as The Bachelor, Sean Lowe, made his final choice to propose to contestant Catherine Giudici. Right after the finale, the couple gave an interview to host Chris Harrison on After the Final Rose on ABC, where they said that they wanted a televised wedding.

"A marriage follows a proposal," the 29-year-old former bachelor, stated. "We don't have a date yet, but we have decided that we think it would be cool, since our relationship started and it was developed and cultivated on a TV show – we'll have our wedding on a TV show. And ABC will cover the wedding."

The couple also let it known that they don't want to wait to tie the knot. "I want to spend the rest of my life with her. I can't wait to have the wedding," stated Lowe. "If it were up to me I'd go to the courthouse and get it done."

"Soon," the 26-yeard old Giudici also said. "I don't see why there would be any waiting period. I want to be his wife."

Did Miley Cyrus Break Off Engagement?

Anytime a celebrity leaves the house without her engagement ring, a media frenzy explodes! The current target is pop star, Miley Cyrus, who is engaged to Liam Hemsworth. Us Weekly reports that former Disney Channel star was seen sans ring while heading to a recording studio dressed in all black.

Not helping matters is Cyrus' mysterious tweet the same day, saying: "I didn't call off my wedding. Taking a break from social media. #draining."

The mag reports that sources claim the opposite, that the 20-year-old and 23-year-old Hunger Games star are over. "Liam and Miley are done. She says she's over it."

Even though she has many hit songs, the pop singer says that she has had few relationships. "If you want some big revelation, since 2010 I have dated exactly two people," the former Abercrombie model said. The two lucky guys were Conor Kennedy and One Direction singer Harry Styles. “[t]he fact that there are slide shows of a dozen guys that I either hugged on a red carpet or met for lunch or wrote a song with. . . it’s just kind of ridiculous," the "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" singer added.

Tori Spelling Speaks Out Against Divorce Rumors

Another day, another false magazine cover. This time, Star Magazine is reporting that Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are divorcing. While normally not responding to media stories, this time, Spelling took to her blog to write an open letter to Star.

"This time I had to comment because this time I'm answering not as a celebrity but as a mom," the "Tori & Dean" reality star blogged.

The 39-year-old went on to explain how her son, Liam, 6, freaked out when he read the cover of the magazine while shopping with Spelling in a grocery store. She claims the story is false and completely fabricated, and she is furious that magazines are going after her husband and family with these damaging lies.

"You want to make inaccurate low blows at someone Star? Go for me! I can handle it. I always have. But don't do it to a man that has done nothing but loved me and our children. He has stood by me during the good times and held my hand through the darkest moments of my life. I'm so blessed to have him as my partner in life and love and he is the best father to our four children. I'm aware that all that matters is that we know our truth," Spelling defended her husband against Star's blows at him.

Giuliana Rancic Discusses Her Happy Marriage

When US Weekly recently caught up with Giuliana Rancic at a Toast to Red Carpet Style event hosted by Crystal Light Liquid, she opened up about her happy marriage. The E! host is married to Bill Rancic, and they recently had a son, Edward Duke, via surrogate.

"We're husband and wife, but we're also best friends, and it's funny because a lot of people, when they have kids, they put the baby first, and the marriage second," says the reality show star of Giuliana and Bill said about her marriage priorities. "That works for some people. For us, I find, we put our marriage first and our child second, because the best thing we can do for him is have a strong marriage."

So we're even stronger than we ever were before and even imagined we could be," Rancic went on. "Like Oscar morning, Duke wakes up, like, twice during the night because he's so hungry and wants to eat every 4 hours. So Bill, like, no question was like 'I got it. Tonight you get a good night's sleep.' And when Bill has shoots the next day or meetings the next day, I do it…. It's kind of amazing…. I always say to Bill, 'You were my first baby,' because he was! He was my first love and my first baby and Duke is my second baby."

National Enquirer is at it again! When the gossip mag published a false story about the break-up of one of Hollywood's hottest gay couples, they wouldn't stand for it. Neil Patrick Harris took to Twitter to announce that he and his fiance, David Burtka, are nowhere close to ending their engagement.

"The Nat. Enq. is cray cray. We've never had a wedding date, just engaged (Prop 8 and all)," Harris tweeted. "We're on a cruise as I write. He's rad. All good."

The How I Met Your Mother television actor and the entertainment news correspondent for E! News have been a couple since 2004. Two years ago, they had twins son and daughter, Gideon and Harper, through a surrogate. The happy couple even appeared on an episode of Oprah's Next Chapter showing their life with their brood.
