Kelly Osbourne is engaged to Matthew Mosshart! The E! Fashion Police co-host and the vegan chef quietly got engaged a few weeks before Christmas, according to US Weekly. Osbourne's parents, Sharon and Ozzy, are also in love with Mosshart.

The duo met at the wedding of model Kate Moss in the summer of 2011. Last June, Osbourne tweeted, "I'm in love and I don't care who knows about it!"

"Kelly is the happiest she's ever been. Her career is going well, and she's in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy," an Osbourne source told US Weekly.
