Lady Gaga took to Twitter today to announce to her fans that she is going in for surgery. During her Born This Way Ball Tour, the singer suffered a hip injury. This has caused her to cancel the remainder of her tour.

"I've been hiding a show injury and chronic pain for sometime now,over the past month it has worsened. I've been praying it would heal," Gaga tweeted.
