The Semi-Controversial Lineup Of 'DWTS' Season 13 Revealed!On Monday night, ABC announced the new group of celebs who will try and fox trot their way to the top in the 13th season of “Dancing with the Stars” airing this September.
With much of the media already publishing the names of the majority of the A-list cast revealed last night, only one name raised eyebrows; transgender contestant Chaz Bono, son of Cher and the late Sonny Bono. The question everyone is asking themselves is, "will ABC let him be coupled with a same-ex partner?" It would be the first same-sex couple in DWTS history. Bono, who was born “Chastity Bono,” came out as a lesbian in 1995 and just completed a female-to-male transformation.

With most of the cast being reality stars, reactions to the lineup remain mixed. While some are loving the diversity of the group, others are angry over the controversial selections ABC has made this season.
The two-hour premiere airs Sept, 19, which will be followed by the results show and a meet the cast special on Sept. 20.
